This application is the official mobile version of the information system "The File of Arbitration Affairs" (kad.arbitr.ru) of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, through which you can obtain up-to-date information on cases considered in arbitration courts of the Russian Federation.
Any mobile application user is available:
- search by various criteria: by the name of the participants, by the name of the judge, by the case number and by the name of the arbitration court
- a complete chronology of the case in all instances
- viewing information about the court session in the case file
- review of judicial acts adopted in the case
- the ability to add to the "Favorites" the entire case or a judicial act for working in off-line mode
- subscription to notifications of updated cases, full integration with the Electronic Guard system of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation
- the ability to send a link to the case or document by e-mail, as well as the ability to store documents on the device.
